With over 16 years of experience in clay target shooting, Will has been a key contributor to championship-winning teams at the state, national, and international levels. Recognized multiple times as an All-American in both sporting clays and collegiate shooting, Will has established a reputation as one of the most accomplished athletes in the sport.

Specializing in sporting clays, trap, and skeet, Will offers expertise in teaching both fundamental and advanced shooting techniques across all clay target disciplines. RENEE BLAINE
Renee is an NRA Certified Shotgun Instructor, Pistol Instructor, and Range Safety Officer with over 15 years of experience in firearms training. As the founder of Austin Hotshots, a firearms shooting academy established in 2009, Renee specializes in shotgun sports, wing shooting, and handgun proficiency.

Austin Hotshots offers a wide range of classes, including Intro to Shotguns, Intermediate Shotgun, Intro to Pistols, Intermediate/Defensive Pistols, and Texas License to Carry certification courses. With a strong focus on safety and skill development, Renee ensures that every student, regardless of experience level, gains the confidence and ability to handle firearms proficiently.

Lessons are tailored to the needs of each individual or group, with firearm rentals available for those who don’t own their own. Out-of-town groups are also encouraged to participate in the hands-on, personalized training experience offered through Austin Hotshots. Whether you’re new to firearms or looking to refine your skills, Renee is committed to providing expert instruction in a supportive environment.

MADISON SHARPE
Madison Sharpe, a native of South Carolina is a professional sporting clays shooter and instructor that teaches all disciplines. After graduating from Clemson University, Madison moved to Texas to pursue her dream and passion of working in the shotgun industry.
In 2024, Madison won the Ladies World English and in 2023, she won the NSCA Ladies National Championship. She is a 2x US Open Ladies Champion, as well as 8x Ladies Team USA member.

RANDY BARRINGTON
Randy is a seasoned shotgun instructor, coach, and competitor with over 30 years of experience. A Master Class Sporting Clay competitor, Randy has been a member of the National Sporting Clay Association’s All-American Sporting Clay Team 28 times, showcasing his dedication and skill in the sport.
As a former President of the Capital City Clays Board of Directors, Randy brings extensive leadership and coaching experience to shooters of all levels. His coaching focuses on skeet, trap, and sporting clays, with a strong emphasis on shooting mechanics and the mental strategies required for competitive success.
Randy specializes in working with youth and beginner shooters, as well as live bird shooters, emphasizing safety, gun fit, and fundamental shooting techniques. Whether coaching newcomers or advanced competitors, Randy's knowledge and tailored approach help students achieve noticeable improvement in their shooting skills.

THEO RIBBS
Theo Ribbs, a highly skilled sporting clay shooter, has made a name for himself as a member of Team Winchester and a competitive force in the National Sporting Clays Association (NSCA) circuit. His journey began at age 15 when he moved to Texas to pursue his career under the mentorship of Olympic medalist and clay shooting legend Dan Carlisle. By 16, Ribbs had already claimed the Junior National Championship, setting the stage for an impressive career.
​
Over the years, Theo has achieved numerous accolades, including a standout performance at the 2024 NSCA Southeast Regional Championship, where he clinched the FITASC title with a near-perfect score of 99/100. He also delivered strong results at the 2022 NSCA National Championship, finishing 5th in the Main Event Master Class and earning recognition in the 5-Stand category.

Theo’s influence extends beyond competition; he has also coaches professional athletes from other sports, helping them refine their clay shooting skills for recreation.
