RENEE BLAINE

Renee is an NRA Certified Shotgun Instructor, Pistol Instructor, and Range Safety Officer with over 15 years of experience in firearms training. 

As the founder of Austin Hotshots, a firearms shooting academy established in 2009, Renee specializes in shotgun sports, wing shooting, and handgun proficiency. Austin Hotshots offers a wide range of classes, including Intro to Shotguns, Intermediate Shotgun, Intro to Pistols, Intermediate/Defensive Pistols, and Texas License to Carry certification courses. 

With a strong focus on safety and skill development, Renee ensures that every student, regardless of experience level, gains the confidence and ability to handle firearms proficiently. Lessons are tailored to the needs of each individual or group, with firearm rentals available for those who don’t own their own. 

Out-of-town groups are also encouraged to participate in the hands-on, personalized training experience offered through Austin Hotshots. Whether you’re new to firearms or looking to refine your skills, Renee is committed to providing expert instruction in a supportive environment.
